SHIPPING
Items are typically made to order and can take 6 weeks to make and ship out.
Once the items have shipped they can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on your location.
If shipping outside of Canada or USA, the lead time can vary greatly from the average noted above.

Once an order has shipped we cannot be held responsible for any delayed, damaged or lost packages.  If your order has not been received within the timeframe outlined above please contact your local post office.

All items can be shipped via Canada Post include tracking

*Please note - Canada Post is currently unavailable, but will return once their strike is over. At this time we will be using Chit Chats to ship.*

If you are in the USA transit times can take up to 4 weeks depending on your location.

Any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our items being handmade just for you, we do not currently offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

All ORDERS ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of the items being handmade and in limited quantities; please note that there will be no additions, attractions or substitutions to an order or it's total after it is placed.  Please take a moment to look over your order before placing it to eliminate order errors and include any discount codes at that time.
